Help Putting In Keyed Entry Lever For Front Door Of House.?
I bought a Baldwin Prestige Series Lever/keyed entry lock to replace my existing, older knob. I have it all together in the door, the problem is the little knob you turn to lock and unlock the door from the inside won’t turn AT ALL, like it’s stuck on something. I also tried the key, it spins around, but doesn’t lock the door. Am I doing something wrong here? I’m really at my wits end and appreciate any help!
