Hi, I would like some help on starting my own home-based locksmith business, and I’m in need of help, suggestions and any information that may be provided.

I’ve installed two Schlage door locks and with both when locking with the key, the outside knob locks, but the inside know still turns. When locking from the inside, again the outside knob is locked, but the inside one still turns. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling a dozen times with no success.
